Executive Director
John is the Executive Director of Godfrey Pembroke Group, supporting the network to deliver on its strategic priorities while reinforcing the Group’s adviser-owned, adviser-led philosophy.
With more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, John has worked across wealth management, banking, private equity and capital markets. He has held senior executive and board roles across listed and private organisations and has been a financial adviser, business owner and shareholder within the GPG network for over a decade.
John’s broad experience enables him to bring a commercial and practical approach to leadership, ensuring advisers are well supported to deliver high-quality advice and drive sustainable growth across the network.
Outside of work, John is a proud Richmond supporter and father to three girls, and enjoys spending time with family and staying close to the market and business landscape.

General Manager
Germana is appointed as the General Manager for Godfrey Pembroke Group assisting the network to deliver to our Groups strategic goals and AFSL governance and operational needs.
Germana has worked in the financial services industry since 1996, with the majority of this experience in Accounting, Paraplanning, Governance, Practice Management, AFSL Consulting, Management and Operations. This experience has allowed Germana to understand Financial Service from every facet and able to apply a practical and commercial approach to solutions to ensure our network is the best they can be and focus on the delivery of advice to clients.
In her spare time, Germana enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and can deadlift over 100 kgs.

Professional Standards Manager
Kim assists the network in delivering financial services on behalf of GPG within a compliance framework that balances commercial and risk management interests. With a career in the financial services industry since 1987, Kim's extensive experience allows him to provide practice solutions that allow our advisers to provide quality advice to clients.
Outside the office, Kim enjoys spending time with family and is a Level 3 Performance Athletics Coach.

Advice Technology Manager
Daniella has more than 12 years working in the Financial Planning industry and has a passion for utilising technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness within businesses.
Her expertise lies in process improvement, technology integration and leveraging tools like Xplan to their fullest potential.
She is highly skilled in Xplan and has a deep understanding of the advice process, gained through hands on experience in past roles.

Joanne Prior

Joanne brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in financial planning, Australian Financial Services operations, compliance, and risk management.
Having worked predominantly in small businesses and close-knit teams, she has developed an efficient, solutions-focused approach grounded in practicality and adaptability.
Outside of work, Joanne enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, practicing Pilates, reading, and caring for her beloved dog, Iggy.
